...when you are in health records and the doctor next to you moves his laptop along a wooden desk making a fantastic farting noise. And all you can do is pretend you are choking so that he comes over and pats you on the back. You can't say you were laughing about the fart noise, and you also can't explain why you are choking so he assumes you are a tool who can't figure out how to swallow their own spit. Nice!! :)
